Cleaners


Galsonic ultrasonic screen cleaners are designed to enable the use of water based cleaning agents where previously only organic solvents have been possible. The cleaners are upright, with stainless steel frames to hold the screens. The frame can be moved into the loading position, as shown, and the screen placed in it. The frame is then lowered into the cleaner and the ultrasonic energy switched on.
It takes only minutes to clean a full sized screen, with no operator action needed beyond loading the screen into the cleaner and pressing the start button. The timer will switch the cleaner off, when the cleaning cycle is complete.
To unload the screen, it is necessary to rise the carrier out of the cleaner. This is done manually for small screens, or using the built in pneumatic lifting device on the lager size units.

USC330TFS
The USC 800 TPF cleaner uses a pneumatic lifting mechanism to raise and lower the stencil and carrier from the cleaning bath to avoid risk of injury to operator.
USC330TFS cleaner uses a manual loading gear.
The new Vibron Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaners are designed for use in the printed circuit and allied industries for cleaning solder paste from stencils of sizes up to 30 inches on edge. The improved cleaning action achieved through the use of ultrasonic enables much more environmentally friendly cleaning agents to be used in place of halogenated hydrocarbons.
The cleaning tank is fully stainless steel and the transducer assembly is separate unit fitted into the tank and immersed in the cleaning fluid. The outer cover is powder coated welded aluminium and fully sealed against the entry of cleaning fluid in the case of spillage.
All cleaners are designed to comply with all requirements for minimization of electrical interference.
